Waypoints leverages the Fuse Social Wood Buffalo Volunteers website to streamline and manage our volunteering initiatives. By creating an account, you can directly sign up to volunteer with Waypoints and conveniently track your hours, which can be redeemed for a variety of exciting prizes. What do I bring with me when I volunteer?
When volunteering with Waypoints, typically volunteers are advised to wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for extended wear, unless specific dress code instructions are provided for the volunteering activity.

Please be advised that all available positions mandate several security clearances, including a criminal record check, a vulnerable sector check, and a driving abstract, among others.

To access Waypoints' programs or services, please contact our System Navigator at +1 (780) 750-8650, who will direct you to the appropriate department. If you are in a crisis and need immediate assistance, call our Family Violence Crisis Line at +1 (780) 743-1190 or Sexual Trauma Support Line at +1 (780) 750-6708. Upon arrival and registration into Unity House Emergency Women’s Shelter, essential items can be provided by Waypoints.
